Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. the staff was always very kind and welcoming. - the restaurant offered a wide variety of breakfast options.

I really enjoyed particularly good and stunning location of this hotel.

The breakfast was freshly cooked and extensive with a very nice view, a huge offering of food, and the restaurant's offer was outstanding. The room was spotless when upgraded with a pushed out balcony, 1 armchair.

Reasonable value, room was perfect, staff were really kind. Marvellous location so close to center and Sankt Moritz, I felt safe. It also was in walking distance to the cable car. I was here for 7 days and will choose the place for future trips.

This place has a great location right next to a bus stop.

The staff were all exceptional and the breakfast was extensive with fresh mini croissants and machine for both coffee, for example.

The hotel offers best possible location convenient to ski gondola.

The staff was super friendly. We had particularly nice views of the mountains and town. - the hotel was in a perfect location near Northern Italy/Switzerland, the railway station, and mountains and town. - the breakfast was freshly prepared and generous. - the check-in was fast.

The room is spacious with large free space besides 4 beds. The staffs are friendly although most service staffs have limited English and German skills. The bathroom is nice. The buffet dinner (we have half board) has large choices of Italian type starts which were good, however, the main dishes and dessert were of poor quality.

We booked a room for 4 persons (=4 adults). However, the 2 additional beds were too short for adults and for a full-size teenage. Luckily one of our children is under 120 cm, because her bed was a 2 persons-sofa. We experienced the hotel as a pure Italian hotel, most service staff only speak Italian so we had difficulties to communicate and ask for simple things in German or English.

Very horrible hotel! We booked a number for 4 persons (family with 2 children). When we arrived we saw a small room with 1 bed and we were shocked. We’d been waiting for 3 hours before the service staff of the hotel brought extra bed. The service staff of the hotel very little English spoken.Food was terrible. We’re very dissatisfied of this hotel, this is not the place to stay in St. Moritz..

The building style was Baroque, and the room had a good size with a balcony that added a nice touch to it! 🌞

Close proximity to ski lifts

Limited English spoken; only one Emglish language TV station.

The space of the room was very good and enough for a family of four. The diner buffet is good and the entertainment after also quite good. The location is perfect for the ski spots.

The hotel is quite old and needs some repairs inside the rooms. The carpet seems quite dirty. There are no swimming pool but only a big jacuzzi.

Great central spot! the staff here is super friendly. 🌟 the double room we had was nice, with a big comfy bed and fancy chandeliers.

Everything was excellent: the stuff, location, guests...you just feel like home! Loved it!!!
